Terms & Conditions

Terms governing access to and use of Trending Neurons services.

Effective August 8, 2026Version 2026.08Trending Neurons Inc. · Delaware

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Trending Neurons Inc., a Delaware corporation ("Trending Neurons," "we," "us," or "our"). They govern your access to and use of the websites, applications, APIs, dashboards, portals, mobile applications, and related online services operated by Trending Neurons Inc. under the trendingneurons.ai domain, including current and future subdomains and services (collectively, the "Services").

By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, accessing an API, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Service Overview

Trending Neurons provides software-as-a-service financial market intelligence, analytics, AI-assisted workflows, dashboards, predictive and ranking tools, APIs, and related decision-support functionality. Features, supported assets, data coverage, models, refresh schedules, and product availability may change over time.

Certain features may be labeled preview, beta, experimental, limited availability, or coming soon. Such features may be modified, suspended, or discontinued without creating an obligation to continue them in their current form.

2. Eligibility and Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for activity conducted through your account. You may not sell, assign, or transfer your account except with our written permission.

The Services are not directed to children under 13. If you are under 18 or below the age of majority where you live, you may use the Services only with the permission and supervision required by applicable law.

  • Provide accurate account and billing information.
  • Use reasonable measures to protect your password, access tokens, and API keys.
  • Notify us promptly if you believe your account or credentials have been compromised.

3. Informational Use Only — No Financial Advice

Trending Neurons provides information, analytics, predictions, rankings, AI-generated or AI-assisted content, and market intelligence for informational and research purposes only. The Services do not constitute individualized investment, legal, tax, accounting, or other professional advice.

Nothing in the Services creates a fiduciary, advisory, brokerage, agency, partnership, or client relationship. You are solely responsible for evaluating any information and for your trading, investment, hedging, or other financial decisions.

4. Market, Model, and AI Risk

Financial markets involve risk, including possible loss of principal. Past performance, historical accuracy, model scores, rankings, simulated results, and prior outcomes do not guarantee future results.

Market data may be delayed, incomplete, revised, estimated, sourced from third parties, or temporarily unavailable. Models and AI systems can be wrong, incomplete, or produce unexpected outputs. You should independently verify information that is material to a decision.

5. Subscriptions, Billing, Cancellation, and Refunds

Paid subscriptions are billed according to the price, billing cycle, and plan presented at checkout. Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions renew automatically for successive billing periods until cancelled.

You may cancel a subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals and access ordinarily continues through the end of the current paid billing period. Except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise, we do not provide refunds or credits for partial billing periods.

We may change plan features or prices prospectively. Where required, we will provide notice before a material pricing change takes effect for an existing subscription.

6. Acceptable Use

You may use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms, applicable plan limits, documentation, and technical controls.

  • Do not interfere with, overload, probe, disrupt, or circumvent security, access controls, rate limits, or plan entitlements.
  • Do not scrape, systematically extract, republish, resell, or redistribute protected content or data except as expressly permitted by your plan, API agreement, or written authorization.
  • Do not reverse engineer or attempt to derive source code, proprietary models, ranking logic, non-public datasets, or confidential system architecture except to the extent such restriction is prohibited by law.
  • Do not use the Services to violate law, third-party rights, sanctions, export controls, market rules, or regulatory obligations applicable to you.

7. APIs and Developer Access

API access may be subject to separate documentation, rate limits, usage limits, authentication requirements, commercial terms, and data-provider restrictions. API keys and access tokens are confidential credentials and must not be shared publicly.

We may throttle, suspend, rotate, or revoke credentials when reasonably necessary for security, abuse prevention, contractual compliance, or service integrity.

8. User Content and Feedback

You retain ownership of content you submit to the Services, such as prompts, messages, uploaded materials, watchlists, preferences, and other user-provided content ("User Content"). You grant Trending Neurons a limited right to host, process, transmit, reproduce, and otherwise use User Content as reasonably necessary to provide, secure, maintain, personalize, and support the Services, subject to our Privacy Policy and your applicable settings.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights needed to submit User Content. Do not submit confidential, regulated, or sensitive third-party information unless you are authorized to do so and the applicable feature is appropriate for that data.

If you voluntarily provide product feedback or suggestions, we may use them without restriction or compensation, provided we do not identify you publicly without permission.

9. Intellectual Property

The Services, software, interfaces, designs, trademarks, logos, text, graphics, compilations, proprietary methodologies, model outputs, and other content supplied by Trending Neurons or its licensors are protected by intellectual-property and other applicable laws. Except for the limited right to use the Services under these Terms, no ownership right or license is granted by implication.

Trending Neurons content is not for unauthorized resale or redistribution. You may not remove proprietary notices or use our marks in a way that suggests endorsement, affiliation, or sponsorship without permission.

10. Third-Party Data, Services, and Links

The Services may incorporate, display, link to, or depend on third-party market data, news, infrastructure, payment, identity, analytics, cloud, AI, or other services. Third-party services may be governed by separate terms and privacy practices.

Trending Neurons is not responsible for third-party websites or services that we do not control. Availability or inclusion of third-party content does not constitute an endorsement unless we expressly say otherwise.

11. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect personal information. The Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference where permitted by law.

12. Electronic Communications

When you use the Services or communicate with us electronically, you consent to receive transactional communications electronically, including notices, disclosures, confirmations, service messages, and account communications. Marketing communications are subject to applicable law and available preferences or opt-out mechanisms.

13. International Use

Trending Neurons operates from the United States. If you access the Services from another jurisdiction, you are responsible for laws and regulations that apply to your use, including financial-services, data-protection, export-control, AI, consumer-protection, and data-sovereignty requirements.

If you use the Services on behalf of a business or institution, you represent that you are authorized to do so and are responsible for applicable internal policies and regulatory obligations.

14. Suspension and Termination

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect users or the Services, address fraud or abuse, comply with law or contractual obligations, enforce these Terms, or respond to nonpayment. Where appropriate, we may provide notice or an opportunity to cure.

Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, dispute resolution, and payment obligations already incurred — will survive.

15. Disclaimers

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICES AND ALL INFORMATION, SOFTWARE, DATA, MODELS, CONTENT, AND RELATED MATERIALS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TRENDING NEURONS AND ITS SUPPLIERS DISCLAIM WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AVAILABILITY, AND FITNESS OF ANY OUTPUT FOR A PARTICULAR TRADING OR INVESTMENT PURPOSE.

We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, complete, or continuously available, or that any model, score, prediction, ranking, AI output, or data feed will be accurate or timely.

16. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TRENDING NEURONS AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, AGENTS, LICENSORS, AND SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, TRADING OPPORTUNITY, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you. Rights that cannot lawfully be waived remain unaffected.

17. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Trending Neurons, its officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, and service providers from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and reasonable legal fees arising from your unlawful or unauthorized use of the Services, your User Content, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of another person's rights.

18. Arbitration

Except where prohibited by law or where a claim qualifies for an applicable small-claims process, disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will be resolved by final and binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under the AAA rules applicable to the nature of the dispute, including consumer rules for consumer claims and commercial rules for business disputes, as applicable.

The Federal Arbitration Act governs the interpretation and enforcement of this arbitration provision. Unless the parties agree otherwise or applicable rules or law require a different location, arbitration will be conducted by a single neutral arbitrator with the legally required procedures and remedies available to the parties.

Arbitration provisions can affect important legal rights. Review this section carefully and consult counsel if you have questions about how it applies to you.

19. Class Action and Jury Trial Waiver

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DISPUTES SUBJECT TO ARBITRATION MUST BE BROUGHT ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN A PURPORTED CLASS, COLLECTIVE, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YOU AND TRENDING NEURONS WAIVE THE RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL FOR CLAIMS COVERED BY THESE TERMS.

20. Governing Law and Courts

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except to the extent federal law applies. For disputes not subject to arbitration, or court proceedings to enforce an arbitration award, the parties consent to jurisdiction and venue in courts located in Delaware, subject to any non-waivable rights under applicable law.

21. Changes to the Services or Terms

We may update the Services and these Terms from time to time. When changes are material, we will provide notice as required by law, for example through the Services, account email, or another reasonable method. The updated version will state its effective date.

22. Miscellaneous

If a provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted and the remaining provisions will remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms, together with incorporated policies and any plan-specific or API terms that apply to you, form the agreement between you and Trending Neurons concerning the Services.

No joint venture, partnership, employment, agency, or fiduciary relationship is created by these Terms or your use of the Services.
